Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class

A comprehensive childbirth preparation course offered in a convenient model that includes both individual online learning and live group discussion with Amy Blain, an RN who has taught childbirth education for over 20 years. This course helps both birthing people AND their partners understand what is normal in the birthing process, various techniques and skills people often find helpful while navigating birth, ideas for building communication with your provider, discussions of how research supports (or sometimes doesn't support) typical medical practices, and frank discussions about preparing for the unexpected experiences that birth and parenthood inevitably bring.
