Family Tree Wellness is a group therapy practice providing mental health counseling for anyone facing challenges during the reproductive stage of life. This includes fertility challenges, grief and loss, birth trauma, pregnancy, postpartum, adjusting to parenthood, menopause and beyond. We offer individual, couple counseling, and groups, as well as Neurofeedback. We also have therapists who specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems. In addition, we offer workshops and classes for other providers who are also serving this community. We believe that this is an important developmental stage of life and should always be supported with kindness, connection and compassion.
