I‘m a family doctor in Belgium and a doula in the Bay Area. ’m a nature and cook lover and passionate about well-being. As a doula with a medical background, I accompany women and families during this incredible moment of life that is the perinatal period. My goal is to nurture and educate families so that they gain the energy, self-confidence and knowledge needed to nurture their baby.

I offer sessions during pregnancy (online or at home) to talk about childbirth, postpartum, baby care and breast/bottle feeding. I also help to prepare the birth and postpartum plans.

After the birth, I provide physical and emotional support to families at home. I support them with breast/bottle feeding and with baby care (changing, dressing, bathing, etc). I give tips on how to soothe babies, how to carry them and how to improve their sleep. If needed, I prepare healthy snacks and nourishing meals and I take care of the newborn when the parents want to rest.
