I am your guide in teaching you how to bond with your baby. There are so many benefits to creating a healthy and secure bond with your baby. These classes are designed to help you understand your baby’s cues, emotions, bonding, gas/colic and help over all growth and development.

This is a 4- week class series each class about 60 minutes long. I teach in-person and virtually in a group setting or one on one. Both have great benefits! When you’re in a group setting you get to meet other parents and have discussions, it’s very inclusive. When you do one on one you get all of my attention and extra information.

Class schedule:
Week one: Legs & Feet
Week two: Tummy & Gentle Movements
Week three: Chest, Arms & Hands
Week four: Face & Back

You will receive a 2 oz bottle of massage oil and a folder that includes handouts needed for the class. Prior to the class starting I will send you forms via email to fill out and materials that you will need for yourself and baby to ensure comfort during the classes.

I also offer Perinatal Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (focused in-depth bodywork), Womb Reiki and Guided Meditations.
