Matrescence OT provides support for mothers and their babies through in-home and telehealth occupational therapy during preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Founders, Jessica Peterson and Gayle Schwee, are moms themselves, and they know how complex motherhood is. Through individualized support, Matrescence OT focuses on development, physical and mental health of both mom and baby so you can do the things that matter most. Some things they can help with include maternal mental health, lactation, infant feeding and development, and pain management during pregnancy and postpartum.
