A regular yoga practice can help you find balance and peace in your life. I offer studio community classes, private community classes in-person and online, including private individualized sessions. My classes include Kundalini Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Restorative Yoga with sound (gongs, chimes, rainstick, crystal bowls), Gong Yoga Nidra and Reiki Master. I also offer Baby Potty Training Sessions to help parents connect with their little ones in a meaningful way. My goal is to support you on your inner peace and live your best life.
