I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I see clients virtually throughout California and in person from my office in Sherman Oaks. I specialize in perinatal mental health and couples therapy. I am passionate about helping expecting parents prepare for the postpartum period and also helping new parents navigate the challenges parenthood.
I have training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Anger Management, Internal Family Systems and Grief Processing.
