As a CAPPA certified postpartum doula (daytime only), and lactation educator, I offer heart centered and hands on support to new and growing families during their transition into the fourth trimester and beyond.

My mission is to provide information, support and resources to increase confidence in families.

My offerings include: a free 30 minute virtual discovery call to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have; postpartum planning consultations before the birth (to help build relationship and trust as your doula, and to help you plan and prepare for the fourth trimester ahead of time); and postpartum doula support once your baby is born.
