We are thrilled to invite you to Alchemy, an evening dedicated to wellness, hosted by Sophie and Jess.

This 90-minute workshop will begin with a gentle somatic healing that will leave you feeling more relaxed, embodied and attuned to your needs.

Following the healing, you will learn about the power of Bach Flower Essences, including how each of the 38 individual remedies can support you. You will then be guided to create your own custom blend to support your unique healing journey.

All you need to bring are cozy props and an open heart. 🩷
