A loving, supportive space is held for mothers and their babies to support the release of birth trauma, regulate their nervous systems & rewire neural pathways. A variety of modalities are offered, including co-regulation, somatic healing, reiki, energy healing and guided meditation. Additional support for babies include the integration of primitive reflexes and musculoskeletal support for nursing challenges, tightness or weakness in the body, colic, fussiness and other concerns.
